Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Athlos mobile application (the "App") operated by Athlos ("us", "we", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access or use the App.
Athlos grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Our App may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
Athlos has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By using our App, you agree that the following types of content are strictly prohibited:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without warning. We actively monitor user-generated content and will remove objectionable content and eject users who violate these terms within 24 hours of discovery or report.
Some parts of the App are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Billing cycles are set on a date corresponding to the commencement of your subscription.
Payment processing services for Athlos are provided by Apple Inc. and its affiliates ("Apple") and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, which includes, without limitation, theApple Services Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the Apple Services Terms and Conditions.
Athlos may, at its sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time. You will not be charged until the free trial period is over. On the last day of the free trial period, unless you canceled your subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event shall Athlos, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
